Effective October 9, 2026. These terms govern use of Wheel of Questions (“Service”) at wheelofquestions.com. By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Accounts and access
Provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials secure, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. Users must be old enough to create an account under applicable law; the Service is not intended for children under 13.
Your wheels and content
You retain ownership of original content you submit. You grant us a limited, nonexclusive license to host, store, reproduce and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, protect and improve the Service, including any sharing you choose. Do not upload content that infringes others' rights, exposes another person's private information without permission, or is unlawful, abusive or harmful. You are responsible for what you create and share.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized account access, scrape the Service at scale, interfere with other users, bypass usage limits or paid features, upload malware, or misuse the Service for spam, harassment or unlawful activities. We may remove violating content or suspend access when necessary to protect users or the Service.
Free features, advertising and Plus
Free features may include advertising. Optional paid Plus features, if offered, will show pricing, renewal/cancellation terms and other material conditions before purchase. Any active payment checkout may be provided by PayPal or another payment partner, subject to their terms. We may adjust features or availability, but will apply applicable consumer protections to any paid subscription. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or continued availability of a particular theme or feature.
Availability and disclaimers
Wheel selections and sample questions are for entertainment, learning and group facilitation, not professional advice. The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Liability
To the extent allowed by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from use or inability to use the Service. We do not exclude liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.
Changes and termination
We may modify or discontinue features, update these terms or restrict access when necessary for security, legal compliance or misuse. Material changes will be communicated where required. You can stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion under our Privacy Policy.
